Digital Product Download Refund & Return Policy (UK & International)

CaveWallMedia-Digital offers products which are termed as Digital Product Downloads.

Because our digital products are delivered instantly via digital download, they cannot be physically returned. In alignment with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, all sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable.

Waiver of Right to Cancel: By checking the "I agree..." box at checkout, and completing your purchase, you give your express consent for the digital content to be supplied immediately. You explicitly acknowledge that you waive your statutory 14-day right to cancel or claim a refund once the file download has started.

🇬🇧 Your Statutory Rights (Faulty Digital Content)

In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act, digital content must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If your digital download file is genuinely faulty or corrupted, you are legally entitled to the following remedies:

• File Replacement: If your file will not open, is corrupted, or does not match the product description, contact us within 30 days and we will provide a working replacement file at no extra cost.
• Price Reduction or Refund: If we are unable to provide a functional replacement file within a reasonable timeframe, you are entitled to a full or partial refund.

❌Non-Refundable Scenarios (Buyer's Remorse)

We cannot offer refunds, replacements, or cancellations for issues outside of a functional file defect, including:

• Changing your mind, disliking the artistic style, or deciding you no longer want the download after downloading it.
• Minor colour variations caused by individual monitor calibrations or, where license permits, personal home printer settings.

🇬🇧 Other Circumstances.

We do issue refunds under the following rare circumstance.

• Duplicate Purchases: You accidentally purchased the exact same digital product twice within 48 hours.
